Cruzan Single Barrel Rum

Welcome to a new decade. I promise to discover and enjoy my self to the fullest and report all of my findings to you here on iammobetter.com. I will kick it all off with my beverage of choice on New Year’s Eve. I decided that I would forgo the usual champagne for something else… What I discovered was a truly great bottle of Rum. Cruzan Single Barrel Estate Rum. Aged up to 12 years, it was smooth on the rocks, as well as with a Pepsi Throwback (Real Sugar, instead of High Fructose Corn Syrup.), 3 or 4 later I realized I was toasting the new year with my west coast cats. So if you.re looking for a nice premium rum that won’t break the bank (got mine for about $33.00) enjoy Cruzan Single Barrel Estate Rum.

Hotels To Check Out – Room-Mate Grace NYC

On a recent trip to New York City, I decided that from now on I would stay at different hotels everytime I visit the city.  On this trip I wanted to stay close to the Theatre District so I could catch some plays with my wife.  I cam across a hotel with a strange name… Room-Mate Grace. From the name, I thought it’s probably a hole in the wall or a dorm room set up. Man was I wrong!  This hotel was anything but that. Upon checking in, I couldn’t help but notice the fridge behind the Guest Services Agent fully stocked with Grey Goose, Stoli, wines, and more. Damn they even had Magnum condoms for sale right on the counter in a cookie jar. I thought to myself, damn did Tiger Woods ever stay here? After having our room upgraded for free and not even asking for it, we walked to the elevator and there it was… a damn pool bar. No not pool tables, but a freaking swimming pool with people hitting beach balls all over the place and sipping on martini’s. And the rooms? The bed was huge, so huge that the flat screen TV reminded me of my 17-inch Mac Book Pro.  If you’re ever in need of a cool, hip, partying till you drop hotel in New York… check out the Room-Mate Grace.
